FosterHive is sustained by a dedicated group of student leaders who helped build the organization during their time in YPI and have committed to continuing its mission beyond graduation. Together, they form the FosterHive Management Board, guiding the coalition’s strategy, partnerships, and long-term vision.

• Dhea Pushpraj – Passionate about health equity and youth empowerment, Dhea focuses on coalition growth, youth engagement, and ensuring the voices of foster youth are central to every decision. She works closely with the Youth Advisory Board, a key part of FosterHive that gives current and former foster youth the power to shape programs and policy.

• Ishan Khurana – With strong skills in organization and problem-solving, Ishan supports FosterHive’s operations and partnerships. He works to strengthen relationships between community organizations and ensure the coalition remains collaborative and sustainable.

• Akshaj Sellapurredi – Known for his creativity and communication skills, Akshaj plays a key role in outreach and storytelling. He helps share the stories of foster youth and families with empathy, driving awareness and building support within the Tulsa community.

• Holden Williams – With a background in leadership and team management, Holden supports strategic planning and resource development for FosterHive. He focuses on making sure the coalition has the structure it needs to thrive for years to come.
